I’m Catherine, a PACFA-accredited Clinical Counsellor based in Melbourne, and a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) Candidate. My focus is on supporting adults who feel trapped in unhealthy cycles, including addiction, trauma, intimacy issues, and relationship distress. If you're struggling with substance use, sex and love addiction, co-dependency, or emotional pain from betrayal, I offer a compassionate and tailored approach to guide you toward healing and personal growth.

With a background in Art Therapy (MA) and as an Informed Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist, I use a multimodal approach to therapy. This allows me to draw from a diverse set of tools to help you better understand yourself and the emotional pain that may be preventing you from leading the life you want. My therapeutic work is informed by my deep commitment to continuous personal and professional development, which includes psychological, physical, emotional, and spiritual growth.

In addition to my private practice, I work at South Pacific Private Hospital, and previously worked at Malvern Private Hosptial. I have experience in facilitating both group and individual therapy for individuals navigating addiction and recovery.
